What does it cost?
Our Maintenance Agreements are tailored to your needs and length of time requested. Fill out the form below to request a free quote. As an added bonus, don't forget that those customers with a Maintenance Agreement also receive discounts on Sound & Video equipment!
Why not just place a service call when needed?
No problem. We will process your service request as needed. Our labor rate is $75.00 per hour. However, our customers that have a Maintenance Agreement receive priority status! And, depending upon the agreement, labor would not be charged! We can also schedule preventative checks at certain times of the year. Less worry for you.
When do I pay for it?
There are different payment plans available. You can pay monthly or yearly. If you decide to pay yearly, there will be a discount applied. All payments are made in advance.
Are there any other advantages?
Yes! Think about budgeting your organizations money. If you have a Maintenance Agreement with us, you already know in advance how much to allocate. And think of the protection you receive in knowing that if you have a major system problem, it won't cost you a dime (depending on agreement stipulations).
